I ordered one hot drink and a dessert and was given two cold drinks. I had to send my driver back again to exchange it. The staff should know the names of their products and not waste the time of their customers. Such a nuisance.
The following day I ordered a venti (large size) and received it 1/4 to 1/3 empty. I paid for the largest size but received the amount of a grande (medium). Such a disappointment.
I would never recommend anyone to visit this branch, and personally it will be the last time I ever choose it. I would rather go to a farther branch. Every order is a huge let down. I expected more due to Starbucks’ reputation and their supposedly universal quality. ????
If you have no option but to order from this branch I would recommend stressing not to have any foam/cream added, at least then there would be a lesser chance of being ripped off. Explain your order to them in common terms as well because apparently they don’t know the official names and which product is which.

No enough parking
Branch is hot in the day time
Toilet was not clean and no tissue
Table was dirty we had to clean it
Staff were friendly and helpful ??
Coffee is ok ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor parking spaces, horrible location, we asked for cold free sugar vanilla almond milk latte and we received it hot after long wait. the second floor view area supposed to be for people coming for refreshments, yet the comfy couches is located in the dim corners away from the glass and the buisness tables are blocking the sun light with busy people not interested in the view. I think the place needs rearrangement. the coffee is ok.
