★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience , on 01/10/2021 I visited this center for fiber connection they checked the status and asked me to go zain n disconnect my old connection which is 4G I have been using it for last 6 years , once I disconnect it n go back to stc they are saying it’s not possible to have stc . They plate number for fiber connection in my building is same as showing in my stc app. Very bad service..??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al-Nakhli, asked me to pay my bills in the reception and get back to him to reconnect my number. unprofessionally he started serving another customer and had to wait for more 1hr. after all he told me because "I already canceled the transaction you have to come in 24 hrs to try again" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst service I have ever had in my life. Went 3 times back and forth just to reconnect my number still disconnected for "unknown reasons". Employees are not capable for the job position (most of them are elderly or young youth working with no ethics). the system they use can not be described how slow it is.
I am using Mobily right now and I highly recommend switching to Mobily.
