★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is near jarir. U can go by sulatna area . Representatives are not professional and all arabic speaking . We brought i phone xs max for our friend and he did not even gave the invoice. We had to come back again when we realized then when asked he printed it . Very lame service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service I almost 1 hours but nobodays care me even no busy time i didnt pay my enternet thats why i go home Only talking each other the staff and using mobile for social media Not same lang other branch I have a photo for staff busy on here mobile he dont care the customer I hope read this the owner of stc I will send the photos what staff he did

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There should be an option for zero stars. Their app doesn't work and they are spectacularly unhelpful and disinterested at the shop. Zain by comparison are as helpful and friendly as can be even though I'm with STC. I will move if I can.
