A staff member says we have it when his colleague says we do not have it but I have personal experience. they have it but they don't want to sale(items name is wireless data PSO system sunmi VS pro as per yazeed fahad z al qathami he dont have as per supervisor they have this item

But there was one truly guy who help us solve our problem
Mr Ahmad al shehri was really a great guy he was willing to help us "sana all"
We appreciate it we want to separate give mr Ahmad alshehri 5 stars for it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large building, as usual. Looks modern. Asked for my tawakalna, and insisted I needed the booster before being allowed in. Not very friendly. Everything, it seems, is automated. No real contact, or very little contact, with actual personnel. They need to stop automating everything ; what happened to the human touch? Things haven't changed much with STC , it seems. Big fancy buildings, but no actual customer care. Recommended? Not really, best to solve things yourself.
