★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف وأقولها بكل شفافيه استهتار وعدم مبالاة في خدمة العميل .
هل يعقل أن تغيير عنوان من مبنى إلى آخر بنفس الشارع والحي والمربع يستغرق أكثر من ١٥ يوم دون حل وعدم التواصل مع العميل .
تم رفع بلاغ عن طريق التطبيق وتم إغلاقه دون حل ودون الرجوع إلى العميل.
تم التواصل بجميع الطرق الممكنة في الشركة من زيارة الفروع والاتصال ب٩٠٠ والتواصل عن طريق المحادثة المباشرة والذهاب إلى عناية العملاء كما يزعمون ذلك والنهاية لايوجد حل !!!!!!
علما اننا في عصر التقنية والتكنولوجيا والتعليم الإلكتروني ولكن شركة stc لاتدرك ذلك
“رسالتي هذه إلى من يهمه الأمر في شركة stc”
ولكم جزيل الشكر والتقدير على عنايتكم بالعملاء
Unfortunately, I say it with all transparency, recklessness and indifference to customer service.
Is it possible that changing an address from one building to another in the same street, neighborhood and square takes more than 15 days without a solution and not communicating with the customer?
A report was raised through the application and it was closed without a solution and without referring to the customer.
All possible ways were communicated in the company, such as visiting the branches, calling 900, direct chatting, and going to customer care, as they claim, and in the end there is no solution!!!!!!
Note that we are in the era of technology, technology and e-learning, but stc does not realize that
“This is my message to those who are interested in stc”

وتعدت المدة وزياده ولاحد تواصل معي
المشكله الفرع يقفل بدري ولا يوجد رقم تواصل
حسب اللي قريته في التعليقات ان اغلب العملاء لازم يراجعون الفرع اكثر من مره علشان تنحل المشكلة
اس تي سي مايهمها رأي العملاء راضي .زعلان في ستين داهيه لانها هي المسيطره في السوق للاسف

STC doesn't care about the customer's opinion, it's satisfied
