★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars just for the welcoming and hospitality but I didn't get what I went for, almost zero help from rhe customer support there!! Always the excuse "call 900" but 900 told me to go there so I'm supposed to do!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad customer service. They treated us likes beggers. I think STC wants to reduce their customers. STC already closed most of their outlets. So now very hard to find any working outlets. If you find one, the staff are behaving like this. Very disappointed. First STC should teach some manners to their staff how to behave their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is very poor. I went to cancel my connection. They said they did it. After 15 days I found out that the service is not cancelled. I tried calling 900, they said I have to cancel through website. Under website when I try, it says I do not own the number. I tried STC App, there is no option to cancel, only suspend.
Again I went back to this office. In the entrance they asked me why I am here. When I explained, they did not let me in! They said they cannot do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff especially the manager. Sorted out my issue with stc quickly.
It is 2 april---Just to add, the manager said on 14th of Feb job is done. That's a load of lies. Not only has he not changed my tariff on 14th Feb to a lower one but he had the audicity to report that the higher billl issued as a consequence of his laziness is justified. Please ignore every star I geve it before
