★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 26 December 2021 i was visited mobily store al Souweidi Al Aam Street,Riyadh for payment my postpaid bill Month of December 2021.
Mobily staff Ahmad, staff ID 80060444 Told me my postpaid bill is 518 riyal... I Request him to give me invoice for this payment but he didn't give me. I call mobily customer service one Pakistani staff said that my bill was collected 318 Riyal cash payment. Than i visit another mobily store for last payment invoice. After i get the invoice i was surprised!. The invoice is showing 318 riyal is collected by Ahmad from me. I returned to the store and i asked Ahmad why you take 518 from me?? He was angry and said it's not his fault the company will return it very soon..... After 10 minutes i get a message, the message showing someone is recharged my number with 200 riyal than 26 riyal is cutted for VAT at last i get 174 riyal recharge......
I Request him to return my money 200 riyal cash but he was very angry and kick me out from the store..... ?
It's not 1st time..... 3 month before Ahmad was trying same things. The mobily store is near my home.
Now i have all proved i need serious action for this type of staff.......I'm already informed mobily company my complian ticket number is 1243222859478....
If anyone who will help me....
