★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you lost your phone you can't pay new sim card why? Because you should open absher!!! How and you need new sim card to do that the smart answer from STC employee to pay new number and go to absher machine and change number to the new one that you pay from him then back to him to open absher so smart STC keep the number with you I don't need it any more by the way in Mobily I take it in 5 minutes just they ask me for ID so easy STC
