★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مرسل السواق يأكد على نقل ملكيه شريحه ويرفضون ينقلونها الا بوجودي !!! وش فايده رفع الطلب بتطبيق ماي اس تي سي اذا لازم اجي والمنزفز ان الموظف مورراضي يكلمني بجوال السايق !! اتمنى تدريب الموظفين بشكل افضل
The dispatcher of the driver confirms that the ownership of a chip has been transferred and they refuse to transfer it except in my presence!!! What is the benefit of raising the request with the application of MYSTC if I have to come and I am disappointed that the employee is satisfactorily calling me on the driver's mobile!! I wish the staff were better trained

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch Manager very bad attitude and he just refused my request with no reasons as the costumer service agent want to do that for me but he told him in front of me to do not do that !!! No comment !! It’s bad service . I just want to thank the Costumer service agent and really he is unlucky since he has like this manager !
