โ โ โ โ โ If you wanna drink milk with ice come here! I ordered my drink with caramel and it was size medium. I got my drink size small and without Carmel syrup. Now keep in mind I paid for the caramel and all. I went to the worker and told him, he needed to add Carmel syrup because it's missing. He then answers rudely and said you have to pay four riyals for caramel, we don't just give like that! I did not even wanna tell him the size was wrong because I knew he was gonna answer again in a disgusting way/angry way. The drink was less flavor and more milk. There was too much milk, to the fact I couldn't taste anything but milk. It's so tasteless. Now if your working here and wondering how the milk keeps finishing, now you know why. I also remember telling him something about the drink I ordered, he then replied and said wait, you have to wait! What I am basically saying staff is rude do not come here!

Manager Rodel is accomodating, very knowledgable.

โ โ โ โ โ The store ambiance is very calm and relaxing although this store is located inside the mall. The baristas are very friendly and they serve only the highest quality coffee. The Store Manager, Rodel did a great job to this store. He deserve an appreciation from his boss. Great job everyone!

โ โ โ โ โ The worst Starbucks branch ever! From the cashier to the barista, they all rude! I feel sorry for such brand to have such employees!
I asked them to add a sweetener to my cold drink (as always) and the cashier ignored me and asked me to ask the barista. Then the barista said you do it yourself.
When I asked the same request in other Starbucks, they do it immediately.
