★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is huge and well decorated. However, my experience with the coffee wasn’t that great, the coffee was mild. The cookie was super sweetened. The honey cake is fine.

Economical cafes have its satisfaction of its own. Not many cafes in Riyadh serve cheap and great coffee but when they do and if it matches your expectations it is a delight. COV café is one of these kinds where the prices of the coffee do not exceed more than 15 SAR. It is a recently opened café on exit 14 besides Shawarma House and felt like a cool place to chill.
Service (6/10):
Even though we visited the café around 20 mins prior to the prayers, we were asked to wait till until after the salah which became very time consuming. Apart from that, the staff seemed hospitable and compassionate. However, the waiting time was more than I had imagined so it disappointed me.
Ambience (7/10):
The ambience was a simplistic, clean, and dark themed one but with a good amount of lighting to make it luminous. The seating was sufficient for the crowd present and it also contained additional seating on its top floor which was closed due to the limited people present there. It was spaced at a good distance from each other.
Taste (7/10):
We ordered two drinks, one was a hot Spanish Latte and another one was an Iced White Mocha.
To be honest, the taste was good but not the best I have had. As for the hot drink, it was rather too sweet for someone like me who likes drinks to be on a sweeter side. As for the Iced white mocha, it had the appropriate amount of sweetness and bitterness of the coffee.
Budget: 25-30 SAR for two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a latte and a flat white, the beans taste good, the coffee taste just right, not watery nor light. i give it a 8/10
The place is quite, peaceful and overall a good place to study in and have meetings.
The workers are eloquent and well spoken, definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Cov cafe”. Elegant and peaceful are the words that come to mind when you think about this cafe. I mean seriously, some of the seatings are so good they feel/look like they’ve been taken right off of a furniture catalogue! and it matches the rest of the aesthetic too so don’t worry about it feeling like it’s too much. They have an outdoor seating area as well! which we used on our visit.
We ordered a Iced White Mocha and Iced Blueberry Tea, both of them were lovely. My friend and I both ended up loving our drinks. Enough for us to come back for another visit. They served us a complementary Pistachio Latte, Chocolate Fudge brownies and Pistachio brownies. The brownies were really good! But the Pistachio Latte caught me by surprise. I didn’t expect it to be as good as it was. I’m not a fan of it after all. But I’ve gotta say I really loved the way they made it!
If you’re a bookworm or someone who just enjoys reading, I’d really recommend you check this place out. There’s bookshelves present with a good selection of books and if those aren’t to your liking you can bring a book of your own and enjoy a little quite time to yourself.

The place is nice, quiet and beautiful, suitable for study and work, even with the presence of many customers. The place is spacious and the seats are spaced apart, the seats are comfortable, the staff is excellent and the service is fast
