★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad starbucks branch, I had the caramel machiatto and it tasted like water with minimal taste and flavour and the cup was not full ??. Last time here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really beautiful branch and it’s have nice view on the popular towers in Riyadh, but I put 4 stars Cuz it’s didn’t work for 24h, I don’t get the favorite drink for my little brother (Frappuccino) the employee said there’s no Frappuccino, and when I asked his if I can get a paper cup for my drink he said no! In other branches they said ok ! :) maybe he’s say no cuz already I got my drink, but I hope in other time they don’t mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee (Indian wearing red apron) was so rude to me he didn’t understand my order so he said to me ( there’s other customers in the line!) so what I cancel my order.. other employees was very polite except him???? despite that my order was only milk for my baby brother but he is so stupid to understand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The morning shift team are so disrespectful and they have such a bad attitude!! I’ve been in so many Starbucks in all over the world never seen such an attitude!
When I politely decided to leave without ordering “because of their attitude” the saudi guy is like “okey byeeee” with a high tone. This is ridiculous ?
