I ordered hot chemix for two persons the taste of coffee is so bad, the coffee is extreme dark roasted or to be more specific its burned out and shall not be for human use! The pistachio cake was good. The vibes of the place is very nice but chairs are not comfortable at all

My favourite place for having coffee, try their Spanich latte those who likes the taste of coffee
the place is too crowded now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WHERE IS THE SPECIAL NEEDS ENTRANCE??
Is there a wheelchair accessible entrance, slope??? I only saw too many stairs that anyone with minor disability cannot enter
So we went in for coffee while there is a sand storm
Not to mention no to check for face masks before entering
No one to bring the line from blocking the entrance and stairs
Not to mention one cashier is open with many people waiting and then each order taking takes more than 10 minutes to be processed
Then, when I ordered Cortado just to find out i was given a Macchiato. The issue is when I said that this is not my order I had the Barista tell me they are the SAME??
I am no Barista, but here is a small lesson:
Macchiato: Espresso with Foam only
Cortado: is Espresso with an equal amount of steamed milk
Speaking to staff regarding managing the Chaos they simply said well you can order on the app instead of acknowledging they need some operations manager to handle them.
This for sure a very bad experience, and shall never return, I will not recommend either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ • Good vibes. There is no music
• They have app you can use it to order before you arrive ? so you don’t need to wait in long line. But unfortunately they didn’t include flat white in the app!
• The coffee was fine, i tried salted fudge brownie it was so sweet.
•There is special need entrance ♿️
Some of disadvantages:
•Noisy Kids voices.
•The man who grinds coffee is very annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious and nice place to work. They have outdoors seating as well (but not a good option during summer). I love the idea of the 2 floor cubics gives privacy to work and the entire anterior is white which is something I like. My sister got me Kyoto latte it was ok but she loved it (I’m not the type that drinks milk with coffee) so next time I’ll take my coffee black. The coffee is a bit on the expensive side though.
