★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف عن تجربه لايوجد خدمه مميزه إضافة إلى ان وقت عمل الفرع ضيق جدا يقفلون الساعه ٨ مساء
 Unfortunately for my experience, there is no distinguished service, in addition to the fact that the working time of the branch is very tight. They close at 8 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بالنسبه لتجربتي انا تقريبا كل اسبوع عندهم فرع الشركه عندي في الرياض يرسلي و ارسلهم اى اوراق عن طريق سمسا
اذا بتشحن من ابها للرياض اشحن قبل الساعه ١ ظهرا اذا تبغاها توصل ثاني يوم صباحا
الشباب في جميع الفروع او الظاهر انها سياسه الشركه انه يحاول معك ان الاستلام يكون من خلال فرع قريب من موقع المرسل له لكن انت من حقك يوصلوا اغراض لين بابك انت قول ما ابغي يستلم من الفرع ابغاه يوصلها للباب و بيوافقوا عادي بس اعطيهم العنوان دقيق
ثانيا موضوع الدفع كاش أو شبكه هناك عندهم قرار نهائي من الشركه و ملصق على الباب انهم لا يقبل الدفع نقدي ابدا هل هذا قانوني؟
As for my experience, I almost every week have a branch of the company in Riyadh that sends and sends them any papers through SMSA.
If you ship from Abha to Riyadh, charge it before 1 pm. If you want it, it arrives the second day in the morning
Young people in all branches, or it seems that it is the company’s policy that they try with you to receive it through a branch close to the location of the sender, but you have the right to deliver items to your door. You say what I want to receive from the branch, I want to deliver it to the door and they agree, just give them the exact address
Secondly, the issue of payment in cash or a network. There they have a final decision from the company and a sticker on the door that they never accept cash payment. Is this legal?
