★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was not very satisfactory. A parcel was sent from india and was unable trace from smsa website or tracking portal. Also tried to contact customer care and dnt get any response. We tried to trace for several days atlast we had to take help of a friend working in smsa to trace our shipment.
The parcel was supposed to deliver at our door but instead we had to collect from this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a pretty basic service point. You can't expect much out of a place like this. You'll either go to pick something up or drop something off. Both of which dont require a high expectation of service. But they do their job well enough as long as you are prepared. And you cannot be mad at them for faults of Smsa as an entity. Branch wise, they're decent. No strong feelings whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, even if you call them many times to book schedule a pickup, nobody will come, also when talking to customer service, they will suddenly cut the conversation or hang up, this is affecting our work, self service booking is useless, we are not sending just love letters, but important company matters where our livelihood depends, but these people in smsa are not serious with their job, even the area manager is not responding to our complains, better switch to other express courier service
