But in the google maps it open!! And in the branch door was mentioned different time! How I supposed collect my shipment?

Tracking the shipment is very easy via their website. You can get sms from each of the transportation steps. You can choose delivery or collect from their branch its a good experience. Near KSMC branch it is very good, very friendly staff.
