★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كان لي زيارة لفرع رويال مول لاصلاح طقم الماس والحق يقال وجدت تعامل وخدمة راقيه وتم عمل اللازم مجاناً وهذا ميزة لدى فروع مجوهرات سليمان العثيم واخص بالشكر الموظف ابوجود وزميله اتوقع أسمه فهد .
I had a visit to the Royal Mall branch to repair the diamond set, and the truth is that I found a high-end treatment and service, and the necessary was done for free, and this is an advantage at the branches of Suleiman Al-Othaim Jewelry, and I especially thank the employee Abu Joud and his colleague, I expect his name is Fahd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح بهم ابدا، سياسة ما بعد البيع رديئة جدا + اسعار مبالغ فيها جدا وخدمة العملاء ليست راقية ابدا وليست بالمستوى المتوقع او حتى تقاربه.
باختصار التعامل معهم مثل التعامل مع تجار الشنطة.
I would not recommend them at all, the after-sales policy is very poor + very exaggerated prices and the customer service is not upscale at all and is not at the expected level or even close to it.
In short, dealing with them is like dealing with bag dealers.
