★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بخصوص ( فرع مكة مول ) تعمدت المحاسبة تأخيري مساء امس الاربعاء ١٦/رمضان ١٠:١٠مساء تقريباً كنت اتواصل مع الأهل بخصوص الاستبدال وعندما لم اجد لها شي مناسب قررت ان استرجع القطعه وعندما اخبرت المحاسبة انو المطلوب استرجاع وليس استبدال تعمدت التأخير في الإنتظار وتأخير في طريقة استرجاع القطعة وتأخير بحجة عدم وجود صرف كلها عشان قلت استرجاع ...وبعد معاناة من الوقوف الطويل تم ارجاع المبلغ ووجدته ناقص نصف ريال ولو لم اطالب فيه ماكان رجعت النص ..والله على ما اقول شهيد ..وهذه راح تكون آخر زيارة لجميع الفروع لي ولعائلتي بعد هذا التصرف ..شكراً
