★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ولا نجمه ولا ربع نجمه خساره فيهم وربي الموظفات سيئات جداً جداً جداً وبالذات المشرفه تخيلوا اخذت منهم عبايه وجيت ثاني يوم اردها تقولي هاتي رقمك الشركة تتواصل معك وبكره او بعده تكون فلوسك بحسابك ماادري اي شركة وهو محل والان لي اسبوعين اتصل عليها ماترد واخذت رقم حسابي واسمي كامل وماترد شوفوا حل للموظفات اللي ماتبغى تشتغل شوفوا غيرها التعامل ذا يأثر ع سمعة المحل ومبيعاته ماانصح لاحد يشتري منهم ابداً بالنسبه لي ذا اخر تعامل معهم حتى بفروعهم الثانيه

You say give me your number. The company will contact you and tomorrow or after that your money will be in your account. Complete and don't want, see a solution for female employees who do not want to work, look at others, this deal affects the reputation of the store and its sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة سيئة جدا مع محل النجمة الفضية. تعامل سيئ و غير محترم من الموظفة و اسعار يغيرونها بمزاجهم و لو قررت استرجاع العباية بيخلوك تروح و تجي الف مرة.
لا انصح بالتعامل معهم خصوصا بالرويال مول الطابق الاول.
Very bad experience with the silver star shop. Bad and disrespectful treatment from the employee, and prices change according to their mood, and if you decide to return the abaya, you will be allowed to go and come a thousand times.
I do not recommend dealing with them, especially in the Royal Mall, the first floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فرع طيبه اللي عالشارع من اسوأ ، يبيعون العبايه و بعد يومين امرهم اعدلها ناقلين البضاعه محل قبالهم و يقولون ما اخذتي من عندنا ، يوم وريتهم الفاتوره صاروا يتضاربون من عند مين اخذتها و فوق هذا كل وحده تعطيني سعر للتعديل و رفضوا استرجع البضاعه و ما يطبعون فواتير للعملاء

قبل شهرين ذهبت لهم لشراء عباية طلبت منهم ترشيح عباية لا تتجعد مع الطي . وسهل تنظيفها حين تتسخ.
وأعطتني خامة سيئة هي أسوأ عباية اشتريتها لحد الآن.
والسعر جدا مرتفع ٤٠٠ ريال على عباية سوداء فيها كلفة بسيطة في الطرف وخامة سيئة .
قلت لها أنا زبونتكم لا أشتري إلا منكم قالت والله ودي لكن هذا السعر الذي نعطيه للجميع .. ?
