★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتريت من عندهم مرتبة ولحاف، للأسف المسؤول في المعرض أعطاني المقاس الغير صحيح ل اللحاف، ولأني كنت مريضة فترة بعد الشراء وما قدرت أجربه غير بعد أسبوعين، اكتشفت انه المقاس غلط وغير صحيح وطبعاً ما في ترجيع، مع اني في المحل سألته لأن المرتبة اللي أخذتها مقاس queen واللحاف single وأكد لي انه هذا المقاس اللي يتناسب مع السرير
طبعا ما في ترجيع، وما في عندي في البيت سرير يتناسب مع اللحاف اللي طلع صغير وقصير ? تجربة غير موفقة، حتى المرتبة ما توفقت فيها
للأسف هذه المحلات بالذات لازم يكون البائع صادق وعلى دراية باللي عم يبيعه، الموضوع مو بس أبيع أي شي
رداً على تعليق إدارة المحل اللي ردت قالت أنه الخطأ في الدرجة الأولى علي، هذا غير صحيح
لأني قلت للبائع مقاس السرير اللي عندي وأعطاني مقاس single وأقنعني أنه أي مقاس سرير كوين، لازم آخذ له هذا المقاس من اللحاف، وأنه السرير اذا كان king اخذ المقاس التاني يعني هو مو بالغلط أعطاني مقاس ومو متأكد وارسلت له مسج على الجوال وشافها وما رد علي.
راح أرجع تقييمي لنجمتين عشان هذا التبرير الفاشل من الإدارة

Unfortunately, in these stores in particular, the seller must be honest and aware of what he is selling, the issue is not just selling anything

Because I told the seller the size of the bed that I have and he gave me a single size and he convinced me that it is any size of a queen bed, I must take this size of the quilt for him, and that the bed if it was a king took the second size, I mean he was not mistakenly gave me a size and I am not sure and I sent him a message on the mobile and he saw it and he did not reply to me .
I will return my review to two stars because of this failed justification from the administration
