★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء محل مر علي في حياتي لا انصح شراء مراتب منهم او تفصيل سراير ابدا ، فصلت للمره الاولى سرير مو متوازن و القاعدات قبيحه جدا رجعناه كم مره و نفس النتيجه ، بعد فتره قلنا نجرب نفصل مره ثانيه و نحرص عليهم بس للاسف محل يديره فاشلين و ما يعرفو ايش الشغل عندك الاخ نجيب و واحد سعودي يدير المحل قعدنا ساعه في المحل نختار اللون و نشرح التصميم و ارسلنا صوره و اخترنا مرتبه و استنينا ٣ اسابيع بس النتيجه كانت اولا القماش اللون الخطأ ثانيا التصميم و المقاسات ما طبقوا كل الي عطيناهم اياه و فوق هذا كله بعد توصيل السرير قالو ما اخترتو مرتبه ، بعدها استنينا و قلنا سوء تفاهم جابو الماترس بس مو الي اخترناه قعدنا يومين نلاحقهم على بال ما يصحصحو الغلط بس للاسف جابو لي مره ثانيه ماترس خطأ بعدها رحنا المحل نتفاهم معاهم قالو مو موجود و هذا الاصدار الجديد مع انه مو نفسه ابدا لا شكلا و لا نوعه يعني جالسين يضيعون وقت العميل بدون اي تبرير من البدايه اذا هو مقطوع ليش تخلي العميل يختاره و يدفع و يستنى و تضيع وقته، حاليا عندي سرير بدون مرتبه بضطر ادور واحد ثاني و ادفع زياده و استنى عشان غلطهم .. غير كذا مافي تواصل بينهم ببعض كل واحد يلوم الموظف الثاني و لا احترام لوقت العميل
Worst possible option , i tried this store twice!! regarding the mattress and beds , they don’t take your design notes seriously , they sold me a mattress that was not available and charged me more because its apparently better than the others and then tried to give me any other mattress and convincing me its the same which was clearly not , my advice don’t waste your time this store is ran by unprofessionals who have the attention span of a fish ..
The worst place I've ever been to in my life I do not recommend buying mattresses from them or making beds at all. I separated for the first time a bed that is not balanced and the bases are very ugly. They know what job you have, brother Najib and one Saudi manages the shop. We sat for an hour in the shop, choosing the color and explaining the design, and we sent a picture, and we chose a mattress and we spent 3 weeks, but the result was first the fabric, the wrong color, secondly, the design and the sizes, they did not apply all to what we gave them. All after the bed was connected, they said what you had chosen to make, after which we waited and said a misunderstanding. It was not the case, but it was not the one we chose. We sat for two days chasing them on the mind of what corrects the mistake, but unfortunately they came to me a second time, what is wrong. It is never the same, no shape, and no type means sitting wasting the customer’s time without any justification from the beginning. If it is cut off, why do you let the customer choose him and pay and spend his time and waste his time, currently I have a bed without a mattress having to turn one second and pay more and leave because of their mistake .. Other than that, no contact with me We binge on each other, blaming the second employee and not respecting the customer's time
