★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good experience to buy a medicated mattress. Though there was not much variety still I found a suitable mattress. The prices at Sleep High as compared to the imported mattresses on other shops is comparatively high. In the same price other shops were offering a better quality mattress; (but on Sale, 50% Discount).
Saleswoman at the shop was quite knowledgeable and dealt in a nice way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give them less than 1 stat directly I will do. I bought a mattress and after less than 1 month we couldn't sleep on it.
This company does not care about thier customer. They just want to take your money. I swear they brought the mattres in a truck with many mattresses and mine was twist!! However I waited fore more than a month to brought it!
I tried many times to call the company no one answered me. I was lucky that I have the seller mobile number after he answered me now I passed more than month without any actual response. They said the maintenance department closed and we will give an appointment to come to (check) the mattress!
Up to now I couldn't take that appointment.
If you want to keep your health and time never ever think to buy from Sleep High. Go away from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Service. Very bad customer service and very bad handling. The assembly and delivery dirty hands marks all over the upholstery of the bed and very cheap and outdated material used in stitching the bed. Poor quality and poor service. I wish I could return my bed
