★ ★ ★ ★ ★ العمارة كله قايمه على العامل البنقالي الخدوم والمحترم جدًا ، كل الموظفين والعمال ما يسدون مكانه
شقق جميلة لكن انتبه تسكن بالدور الخامس .
 The whole architecture is based on the very helpful and respectful mobile worker, all the employees and workers do not fill his place.
Nice apartments, but be careful, they live on the fifth floor.

The location is excellent and the cleanliness is good. But the problem with the sprinkler in room 202 is not fixed.

النظافة العامة مقبولة.

1-جينا من السفر وكلمنا الاستقبال وجاء العامل واخذ الملابس وقلت له مستعجل وبعد ساعتين اكلم الاستقبال اتفاجاء انه ماوصل الملابس للمغسله وكان عندي اجتماع بعد العصر اخر شي تتفاجاء ان ملابسك ماراحت للمغسله?
2- طلبنا من مطعم جنب الشقه اقرب من البقاله وجاء العامل وعطيته فلوس وبعد 5 دقايق رجع وقال السعودي يقول لاتروح
كلمة السعودي موضف الاستقبال قال ماعندي الاعامل واحد وعندنا تنضيف غرف .
صراحه ماانصح فيها ابد لانه مايوجد فيها خدمات ابد
همهم الوحيد انك تدفع الايجار وبعده مالهم دخل فيك
ابد لايوجد خدمات

1- We came from traveling and we talked to the reception and the worker came and took the clothes and I told him urgent. After two hours I spoke to the reception.
2- We asked a restaurant near the apartment, closer to the grocery, and the worker came and gave him money, and after 5 minutes he came back and said the Saudi said: Don't go
The Saudi receptionist said, “I don’t have one business, and we have rooms to clean.”
Frankly, I do not advise it forever, because there are no services in it forever

الحمام كل ما فيه متعطل خاصة تصريف المياه، يحتاج إلى صيانة شاملة.
سلاة النفايات صغيرة جداً وقليلة
مفرش السرير قديم ويبدو انه غير نظيف
الاستقبال ضعيف
المصعد مزعج جداً.
Hygiene is bad.
The bathroom has everything broken, especially the drain, and needs comprehensive maintenance.

لا تستأجر عبر بوكينج .. أتصل اسمع نصيحتي ..
It's okay..but not hotel services in the literal sense..
Do not rent via Booking.. Call and listen to my advice..
