م	مها عبدالكريم on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موقع الشقق ممتاز لكن لدي ملاحظة وهي الشبابيك خطرة جداً للاطفال لانها نازله قريبه للارض وفتحتها من الأسفل والملاحظة الثانية هي عدم توفر غسالات ! جلست أربع أيام وأنا كل يوم اتصل ابغى غسالة وفي اليوم مرتين اتصل وماوفروها لي وطلعت وانا ماجتني الغسالة!!! خ	خالد الشمري on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موقع الفندق باشهر شارع في بريدة جميع الخدمات موجودة على الشارع واشهر المطاعم والكافيهات موجودة عند الفندق ماتحتاج تنقل بالسيارة يوجد مغسلة ملابس بنفس الفندق وايضًا يوجد كوايه يدوية بنفس الشقة .. اخذت شقة رقم مساحتها واسعه جدًا رقم١٠٣ غرفتين وصالة الشقة وسيعة جدًا ويوجد طاولة طعام. النظافة بشكل عام ممتازه يلزمهم يهتمون شوي بالمفارش. السعر اشوفه مناسب جدًا ونادر تلقى نظافة وموقع بالسعر ذا. B	B12 B2 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استأجرت شقة من غرفة وصالة :- المميزات - شارع البخاري للمهتمين بالكافيهات والمطاعم - القنوات الفضائية متوفرة(رسيفر) - جلسة الصالة نوعاً ما جيده. السلبيات - لايوجد بها مطبخ ، المفروض ع الاقل ركن صغير. - تكييف الغرفة كان سيء - السرير غير مريح (المرتبه سبرنج) - الحمام عادي جدا ورائحته سيئة - الممر رائحة دخان. - لايوجد مناديل. - لايوجد مرونة في تسجيل الخروج حتى ولو كان دخولك بعد منتصف الليل وفترة الخروج من الساعة ٢ إلى ٣ مساءاً. - الحرص على الخروج خلال هذا الوقت وقد تجد لهم العذر لو كان موقعهم مسجل في تطبيقات الحجوزات مثل بوكينج وغيره. تخيل تكون مرهق ونائم ويتصل عليك الساعة ٢ الا ربع وينكد يومك كامل ليخبرك بموعد الخروج قبل الساعة ٣ طيب بلغني أثناء الدخول او قبل موعد الخروج بربع ساعة كان هذا الموقف قمة في السوء وعدم احترام النزيل. السؤال :- هل سأسكن بها لاحقاً ؟ الجواب :- لا ، حتى ولو كانت بدون مقابل.
