★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just rude and lazy. I reached the hotel from Jeddah at 8.00pm and suppised to get checked in. The room was not ready. The cleaner was just standing near the room. After making some complains, he just straighten the beds without even changing the bedsheets. We were so angry and after complaining, he finally changed it. The next day while standing near the door, came this rude man splashing water all over saying he need to clean the floor.. How rude..

First of all some random person gave us the room, thankful but he took advantage of the situation, the room was dirty and the toilet was the worst? and people continuously kept knocking on the door, our right to privacy was disturbed. And the cleaner too was looking like they were tired of his job Wouldn't clean the room unless we had to pay him. Don't recommend anyone need alot of renovation too. That's all
