★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اخواني انتبهو منهم جيت بسوي تامين لعامل اجنبي عمره 23 سنه قالي ب 550 ريال والربط بعد ثلاث ايام عشان زحمه في الربط ورفضت ورحت للفرع الثاني التابع لشركه مقابل الجوازات وامنت عليه ب 210 ريال ربط في نفس اليوم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استمريت اتصل على الرقم الموضح حقهم لمدة اسبوع يوميا اتصل باوقات متفرقة من اليوم ولا مرة ولاا مرة ردو اطلاقا حرفيا فاشلين و كلمتهم بالواتساب بعد عناء و ووقت طويل من الحوار مع الرد الالي تكرمو علي وردو وحرفيا مو فاهمين شي من الي ابيه كأني اكلمهم صيني جالسة اشرح لهم كل شي بالتفصيل وكاني اشرح لطفل و مع ذلك مافي فهم و الي اضحكني الرد ب( كيف طريقة رفع المطالبة؟ ) تسألوني عن شغلكم ؟ شي غريب و بعد اسبوع من التواصل و اسبوع اخر من انتظار الردود والمتابعة معهم و سؤالهم بشكل دوري قالوا مالنا دخل و طلعوا نفسهم من الموضوع للامانة الغلط الاكبر من الوكالة الي مو عارفين ربي وين حاطهم ووجهوني للتأمين الي برضوا ما عنده سالفة واتضح بالنهاية انه ما له دخل بالفعل لكن الي ابي اوصله ان التواصل معهم تحس انك ما تتواصل مع شخص متخصص او فاهم +للتنوية ما زرت الفرع بس كلمتهم جوال

They never responded, literally, as failures, and I spoke to them on WhatsApp after a long and hard time of dialogue with the automated response. They have everything in detail, as if I was explaining to a child, and yet there is no understanding, and to me the response made me laugh (How do I file a claim?) You ask me about your work? Something strange, and after a week of communication and another week of waiting for responses and following up with them and asking them periodically, they said we had no income and they took themselves out of the matter to the secretariat. The biggest mistake from the agency to the one who did not know, my Lord, where he surrounded them, and directed me to the insurance that they accepted what he had above, and in the end it turned out that he had nothing He actually entered, but I wanted him to communicate with them that you feel that you are not communicating with a specialized or understanding person + for reference, I did not visit the branch, but they spoke on the phone
