اشتريت من عندهم مجموعة ثريات بأسعار غاااالية، وشحنوها لي ناقصة، وكلمتهم وعرفوا خطأهم، ومن شهرين وأنا أتواصل مهم ولم يرسلوها لي، بل منذ شهر لا يردون على اتصالاتي ?.
Unfortunately the shop is not responsive and bad in its services.
I bought from them a set of chandeliers at high prices, and they shipped it to me incomplete, and I spoke to them and knew their mistake, and two months ago I communicated important and they did not send it to me, but for a month they did not answer my calls ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلبت منهم ثريه واحده واناره متدليه ولمبات خارجيه. الموظف اليمني قال لي ماهي موجوده حالياً وراح توصل بعد ثلاث ايام قلت له توصلونه للقصيم لاني من القصيم قال ايه ادفع وخذها من فرعنا بالقصيم بعد ٣ايام المهم دفعت ورجعت للقصيم دقيت على الفرع بعد٤ايام قالوا ماوصلت!! وكلمت اليمني مره ثانيه وطلع ماتحرك الطلب بالاصل المهم قال بعد كم يوم تكون عندك بالفرع وبعد كم يوم كلمت عليهم قالوا وصلت واخذت الكراتين طلعوا مخربطين بين طلبيتي وطلبيه اخرى طبعا ثلاث مرات اطق مشوار للبريده وهم ولاهممهم وبعدين بعد ماقلت لهم خربطتو بالطلب قالوا تعال رحت لهم مره ثانيه وشيكت على طلبي وطلع اللي ابيه ولكن نسوا يحطون كل الكميه!!! يوم رجعت لبيتي والقى ناقص لمبه جداريه!!! كبمت عليهم وقالوا نوصلها لك بكره وووو….باختصار مانصح تشرون من عندهم

I told him to deliver it to Qassim because I am from Qassim. He said what do I pay and take it from our branch in Qassim after 3 days? The important thing is that I paid and came back to Qassim. I called the branch after 4 days, they said I did not arrive!! I spoke to the Yemeni a second time and he did not move the order in the original, the important thing. He said: After how many days are you in the branch and after how many days I spoke to them, they said I arrived and took the balls? They came out confused between my order and another order. A second time, I was close to my order and the one I wanted came out, but they forgot to put all the quantity!!! The day I came home and found a light bulb missing!!! I stammered at them and they said we will deliver it to you tomorrow and wow.... in short, I wouldn't advise you to buy from them
