عندي الانتركوم للباب الخارجي عطلان وخرج من الضمان بحكم اني شاريه قبل 4 سنوات وكان مدير المعرض الاخ يوسف موجود قمه في الاحترام والتعامل ونصحني بعمل صيانة للجهاز بدلاً من شراء جديد وبحكم ان المشكلة تنحل
في نفس اليوم اتصل بي الاخ المهندس اتوقع هندي الجنسية وشرح لي مشكلة الجهاز واخذ موافقتي على الإصلاح واليوم الثاني استلمه وكان متعاون جداً
أنصح بالتعامل معهم واتمنى من الاشخاص اللي يقيمون يكونون واقعيين وصادقيين في تقييمهم

On the same day, the brother engineer called me, I expect an Indian, and explained to me the problem of the device and took my approval for the repair, and the second day I received it and he was very cooperative
I recommend dealing with them and I hope the people who are staying are realistic and honest in their assessment
