الاول : لم اجد في موقعكم في الانترنت على اللغة العربية
ثانياً: التسويق لديكم سيء فلم تكن منتجاتكم متوفرة في اغلب المحلات التجارية مثلاً في طريق التخصصي هناك محلات إنارة لم اجد اي منتج لكم وقد بحثت عنكم خصيصاً لإقتناء منتجاتكم، ولكن في أخر المطاف اقتنيت منتجات صينية لعدم عثوري على منتجاتكم...

هناك تساؤلات كثيرة من الموظفات بشأن رفع الاجور و شركة اضواء مترددين في الافصاح عن هذا الامر و كان الرد من المدير عن هذا السؤال هو ارفعو المسيرات حق الرواتب زي كل شهر
و هناك ايضاً من يتساءلون عن رواتب اجازاتهم التي لم تصرف لهم في نفس الوقت الذي اخذت فيه الاجازة ولم تنزلها لهم الموارد البشرية حتى هذه اللحظة و يكون الرد بالمماطلة
و المتعارف عليه ان يحصل الموظف على اجازة براتب و يتم صرف الراتب في الوقت الذي يأخذ فيه الاجازة مقدماً اما بهذه الطريقة تكون الموظفة طالعة اجازة بدون راتب و هناك من تأخذ اسبوع من استحقاقها السنوي ويتم حسم هذا الاسبوع من راتبها الشهري
هل نحن في بلد ينبذ و يرفض و يجازي كل من تسول له نفسه ان ينقص او يهين او لا يقدّر حقوق المرأة هذا النوع من الادارات الفاسدة ارجو من المسؤولين في هذا المجال النظر و الوقوف على هذه الشركة انا لا اعلم هل يتم استغلال المرأة في كل الشركات بهذا الشكل ام هناك اكثر عند الادارات التي لا تحترم النساء ؟
