★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاقدت معهم تصميم احواش البيت وكانت تجربة مريرة. سلبيات الشغل:
١. بطيئين جدا جدا جدا. الوعد كان اسبوعين، وما سلموا الا بعد حوالي ثلاث اشهر (نص تسليم)
٢. تعاملهن مهين جدا بعدم الرد لا وتساب ولا مكالمات.
٣. صفاوة التصميم ضعيفة لا فيديو ولا صور.
٤. ما استلمت تصميم نهاري رغم انه جزء من العقد. ارسلوا صور مظلمة جدا يقولون هذي نهارية.. وهي اشبه ما تكون في الفجر. وعذرهم ان الظلام من ظل الفيلا (مثال في المرفق ولكم الحكم)
٥. التصاميم الاولية بعضها تسليك.. منطقة مسبح صمموها فارغة جدا بدون اي ابداع. (ايضا مرفق)
٦. المصمم ما اخذ بالاعتبار فتحات الخزان والبيارة ولا ميول الفيلا ولا غيرها.. رغم التأكيد عليها وتكرار الزيارة للموقع.. واضطريت اغير في التصميم مع المقاول واضيف عتبات لضبط الميول.
٧. وعد المصمم انه يتواجد مع مقاول التنفيذ يشرح له ويساعده.. ويوم وصلنا التنفيذ ما يرد لا جوال ولا وتساب.
تجربة سيئة جدا.. ليتني قريت التقييمات هنا قبل التوقيع.. اعتمدت على صورهم في انستقرام للاسف.
