★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مشروعكم في اطلالة البحر بمدينة الخُبر خير دليل على عدم احترافيتكم، أغلب عمالتهم جايبينهم من الشارع و باليومية، لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم خصوصاً ان اللي موظفهم يسمونهم مهندسين و هم من الجنسية المصرية، و خصوصاً اللي اسمه محمد خالد سئ جداً مع المستفيدين و انسان غير محترم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة سيئة لي كانت بمشروع اطلالة البحر لاحظت العمالة من الشارع و الي ماسك ادارة المشروع ما عنده شهادة هندسة ولا يعرف عن الهندسة وتنفيذ سيئ وبالنسبة للمستفيدين الي حذفوا ابواب وشبابيك لم تحسب لهم قيمتها ولو لهم مسمار ما خلوه فلوسهم ذهب وفلوس الناس حرام وغير الاخطاء الي بالبيت والعمالة اوسخ عمالة تكسير عشوائي ويوسخون فضلاتهم داخل البيت الي يجيبهم مقيم سوري من الشارع والبيت تلاقي فيه فيران بلك مكسر رريح خياس اول مره وتلاعب بالتعديلات مع المستفيدين شغل عصابات
