★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a expectation after reading the company mission statement with words like premium eating experience, gourmet burgers and signature appetizers and how disappointed I was when they came with my Philly Burger. Expected to see a burger the size of a "Big Tasty" from McDonalds and not just a regular burger.
There was two different types of beef on it however the cheese source overwhelmed the taste of the meat and the burger had pieces of fat in it.
Items on the menu should have an explanation what's on it and not eight icons, its all confusing - mustard bottle looks similar to a baby milk bottle!
The premises is very clean including rest room however the cost of my food was 84SAR and I expected way more in quality and experience then I would get from the other fast food outlets also doing hamburgers.
