★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. We tried to rent an apartment and we were forced to put a 1500 sar deposit although we were hesitant. We were told it was refundable for a week.
The next day we changed our mind and the owner refused to pay us back. He said the money is "gone". These people are crooks and they know nothing about customer service.
Worst company and people in all of jeddah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They treat you like they're giving you a favor by showing you houses/flats. Tgeir customer service are focused on high price buyers rather than any potential buyer. I don't recommend as their prices are actually higher than the market, and you can get the houses they offer from the direct owners/other offices for much cheaper (found one with a 20% decrease in price)
