★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start with an honest review the coffee is on of the best if not the best ever in the town. However today I went to the new branch at city yard plaza, it was quite busy as the new complex is very trendy. I waited by the door almost 20 minutes to be seated when my turn come the guy by the door told me there is no seats available! After few minutes 2 girls came they told the guy by the door we only going to order a take away then I saw them walking and getting seated! I told the guy this is not acceptable I am before them he justifyed that they are only 2 of them and we are a group of 4 I said but you just stopped 2 people with the same number of group! he explained I want to gain them as they are new customers that really made me laug lol! This is unacceptable and unprofessional at all I am one of your loyal customer and I have been tuned back! And I will never cone back! Please traine that guy how to value loyal customers and how to gain new customers!

1- top notch customer service
2- excellent beverages
3- artisan bakery
4- coffee equipment for sales for enthusiasts and professionals.
5- roasting area visible to see.
In summery you never go wrong with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espresso was good, tried their single origin from Colombia (La Exotic Caturron) its so fruity and have berries notes, the break was also good and the pancake is amazing as it was complimentary, also Peanut Butter Eclair stuffed with custard so nice dont miss to give it a try, Chocolate Eclair was normal, also we tried Panama as V60.
Prices are abit higher than average but the quality is deserved what you will get.

One thing I don’t like here is the second floor only families allowed .
Today i tried the fair fax sandwich (Eggs , jack cheddar cheese served with freshly baked brioche bun) was delicious!!
And pistachio affogato cold was good , it’s blended drink contain coffee. But very small cup for 25sr
Overall Caffeine lab is one of the best specialty cafes you can visit in Jeddah!
