★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من واقع تجربه مع المكتب لا انصح التجار بالاستيراد من الصين لا رتفاع اسعار الشحن بالاضافه الى ان المكتب يعطيك سعر ولا يوضح لك باقي المصاريف وبالتالي ما تطلع بفائده وللاسف الموظفين بمكتب الرياض ما يتجاوبون معك بسهوله .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي سيئة مع الشباب.. فرع الرياض كلمته قبل قبل ما اسافر وشرحت له كل الي ابغاه.. قال رح فرعنا في الصين وكل شي جاهزك.. رحت فرع الصين تفاجئ بتكسير المجاديف لكن بصورة نصيحة. ويقول لي نحن نخدم الشركات اما الأفراد عادتا ما نخدمهم.. قلت له إذا انتم ما تخدم ن الأفراد ليش فرع الرياض يقول توجه لمكتبنا في الصين.!!! صرفني واعطني الأسماء الي عندهم والقصه تطول. المهم اعطيتهم فواتير المشتريات الي احتاجها بقيمة 80 الالف ريال تقريبا. على اساس انهم بيرسون لي فاتورة كامله بكل الأغراض وأخذوا اسبوعين إلى أن ارسلوا ورديت عليهم باستفسار وخلصنا الان شهر سبتمبر 2018 ولا ردو على رسالتي ولا رد الأخ عمر على الوتس اب.. وسمعت المكتب أكبر من حجمهم الفعلي.. فقاعه اعلاميه لا أكثر.

The important thing is, I gave them the purchase invoices that I needed, amounting to approximately 80 thousand riyals. On the basis that they Pearson I have a full bill for all the items, and they took two weeks until they sent me an inquiry, and we concluded now in September 2018, and we have not responded to my letter, nor did Brother Omar's response to the WhatsApp .. I heard the office is larger than their actual size .. and nothing more than a media bubble.

عيب ولله تضيعون وقت الناس بيروح اسبوع بس عشان موظف يعطيني معلومة كاملة
رغم اني مرسل كل شي بتفصيل من اول يوم
ولا احتراف ولا شي حتى حساب البنك مرسلة لي صورة من جوالة .. ولا انا فاهم شي بس حول الف ريال ونشوف ؟!؟؟ طيب باقي التفاصيل كم نسبتكم طريقة الشحن و و و ؟؟

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكتب دوام من اقدم وافضل المكاتب في الصين والاخ عبدالله العنزي راقي جدا في تعامله وتعاملاته وخدوم ومضياف تعجز الكلمات عن شكره زرتهم بالصين اكبر وافضل مكتب علي العميل تحمل مسؤوليته في الاختيار والجوده لان المكاتب هناك غير مسؤوله لكن تتابع لك الطلب وتنهي الاجراءات المميز في دوام لا يمكن ياخذون عمولات من المصانع مثل كثير من المكاتب في الصين انصح بقوه بالتعامل معهم

والشحنه ناقصه ولا يعلمونك انها وصلت شحنتك وينحسب عليك جمارك
وبعد تعاملهم جدا سيئ وغير متعاونين بالمره
من غير نسبتهم جدا مرتفعه وليتهم يستاهلون اقل من نجمه
لي ٣ شهور اللحين اطالب بتكميل شحنتي
نصيحححه لحد ياخذهم
