★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My previous order was delivered faster than you will thought quiet impressived and you will pay via machine atm card but until when you have successive order then here comes the cheater delivery man wanted you to pay cash and if you wont they will not deliver your item at all they will mark it customer not answer or wrong address even you will call the customer service still no response.So i can tell this now very bad services they have ,you cant locate or follow up your item.worst courier..very careful of hoaxer and frauder service crew in this courier especially the delivery personel.until now my item wasnt deliver..its good that item was COD what if it was paid already so it will be disaster complete waste of money because you will never have your item..be aware of this courier company not good very bad service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely worst courier service in kingdom. I paid extra 180 SAR for fast delivery to Pakistan for my document from Pakistani embassy but they sent my parcel two days late to Pakistan.
It will delay my procedure. Now I’ll blame yo whom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an item that should be delivered at may 10.unfortunately the delivery guy told me that he will come back. Until next morning I tried to call him but he off his mobile. When I track my order in jollychic it says that Im not answering how stupid and ridiculous making false stories that I'm not answering. I am the one who's making the move to contact them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far one of my worst experiences with a shipping company. In this day and age, you will not get worse service from any other shipping org.
Firstly, their tracking system mentioned that an attempt had already been made to deliver my product even though I had not received any call or message. In oder to inquire about this, i had to wait in 10 min long phone queues and most of the times, no one would answer. Eventually I was answered by a soft spoken dude with good communication skills who promised me that 'warehouse management had been informed' and my shipment would be delivered within 48 hours.
48 hours have passed and not only can i not get into contact with anyone, there have been no signs of delivery.
I have not had a worse experience with any other shipping organization inside and outside kingdom. Would give negative stars if the option was available.
