العيوب التأخير في التركيب فقط شخص واحد و مساعده
انتظرت اكثر من ٣ ساعات حتى انتهيت من التركيب بسبب الزحام وقلة الايدي العامله

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بن زقر وكيل سيء في الضمان والتواصل مع العميل وسماع مالديهم من شكاوي، انا الكفر صار له مشكله واضحة ويشمله الضمان والكفر ماصار له عندي خمسة اشهر وسبب لي مشكلة وانا في سفر الا انه عند مراجعتي لفرعهم ببريدة اتفاجا بان الموظف ياخذ معلومات الكفر والسيارة ويقول راجعنا بعد اربع ايام ... بالله هذا يعقل يعني اشري كفر جديد وانتظر الى ان يردون بعد اربع ايام... وحاولت الوصول للشكاوي او اي مسؤول وناقدرت اي موظف ادق عليه واسال يقول انا غير مسؤول اتصل على مسؤل ... فحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل ومالي الا وزارة التجارة بعد الله ونشوف وش يسون
