★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لدي مشكلة في قطعة ( قلم ) وبعد فترة سقط منه وصلة وارجعناه على الصيانة وجاءت الموافقة بالاستبدال او الاستراجاع ولكن عندنا وصلنا للفرع لم نجد نفس القطعة وتم استبدالها بقطعة اخرى ولنا فرق مبلغ رفضوا ارجاعه بحكم سياسية الشركة وبانه يكون رصيد او بعد ثلاث اشهر يُصادر المبلغ ولا يتم الاستفادة منه .. سلاااااامات اما مصادرة
