My surgery was scheduled at 12 PM, I was asked to come at 10, I arrived at 9:30.
Until 11:15 I was in the clinic waiting area, no explanation from the reception or the staff of why my room was not ready.
Then I was taken to a preop waiting area where I was seated with another patient, and my history was repeated in front of her, where is my privacy? If I wanted my personal info to be shared with strangers I wouldn’t have paid an arm and a leg for my surgery to be done in a private hospital.
The bed manager Magda said they had a bed crises, which to me as an elective case shouldn’t matter. I had a scheduled date and time, my room should be ready, the bed crises should be none of my concern.
Then were approached by Reem from Managment, who showed up with a high pitched voice, and said at least your surgery went well, all else doesn’t matter!!
Well, I payed for all else haven’t I? Including my surgery.
All they care about is taking the customers’ money, and their high turnover rate.
Zero patient care.

with d.Adnan Jelidan,
the result is good (not as perfect as I imagined)
But the appointments are awful!
I waited every time i go there 2-3 hours!
And my surgery was 9 AM
but the doctor didn’t show till 3 PM!
And that was upsetting honestly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just done my surgery last Thursday with Dr. Khalid.. and words can't describe how he cares, and the attention he gives his patient, (day and night) this goes to his team of Drs as well. Also, what impressed me most is the nursing staff how they took care of me for 3 days, they are angles, everyone of them goes beyond her duty as a nurse... To them im forever grateful. H

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment with Dr.Ebtisam, she was really really great ? . I had two procedures, first, bottox, then fillers, and the result is nice so far. Also, Ahlam, the coordinator, is professional in dealing with customers and has a nice personality. Lastly, Ezzabel, the assistant nurse is a sweet lady and was really helpful. ❤️
