يعاملون الزبون بعد توقيع العقد معاملة دونية كانك تشحت منهم ومتصدّقين عليك بمكيفاتهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أشترينا مكيف ٣٠ ألف وحدة ذو تقنية حديثة، محول تيار ثابت لمتردد، المشكلة أنه تم التوضيح لموظف المبيعات أنه تسليك البيت مكون من ٤ أسلاك، سلكين طاقة و سلكين تحكم، لكن الموظف نصحنا بالمكيف و قال أنه ما يأثر على التشغيل، لكن للأسف المكيف حار و ما يشتغل على البارد. العمالة جدا سيئة و أسلوبهم سيء مع العميل كأنهم يتمننوا عليك أنهم يركبوا المكيف. خدمة عملاء ما تسوى.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قاتلهم الله الكذابين التي لا توجد مصداقيه مع العميل وانا طلبت شحنة غسالة لها أكثر من 11 يوم ولم توصل حتى الآن لا رقم شحنه ولا الغسالة حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل عليهم لا تتعاملوا معهم ارجوكم وكل من يؤيدهم هذا عميل معهم كذاب لا تقيموهم ولا تتعاملوا معهم ابدا هذه شركة تعبانه

This is worst AC company I have ever seen. No respect for time or appointment take months until installing although they received their money. Never reply to your call ignorance in treatment from both the administration and employees. Maintenance is the worse thing you have to wait days until they come and when come very ignorance and refuse to do the job. They don't have after sell services
The worst company that can be dealt with. I dealt with it in the installation of air conditioners. They have no credibility in appointments or dealings. They have no respect for the customer. I would never recommend it. After signing the contract, you see the wonder of management, maintenance and installation.
