★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered two ACs with delivery included from website. The customer service agent provided excellent service. However the delivery guy for AC refused to bring the 2 ACs to my home( he threatened to leave outside on the road) unless if I assisted in carrying. If delivery is included, they should bring ACs to your doorstep at least if not inside your home entrance. Two people are delivering the ACs. Also the delivery guy was asking me personal questions like how much I pay for rent like it is any of his business. The ACs work well and customer service agent who called me provided excellent service, but I am giving 2 stars because of the extreme unprofessionalism of their delivery driver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased 7 Frost AC’s and had mold growing on them in less than 6 months of purchase and installation… I called maintenance and they gave me an appointment after 2 weeks although I told them it was an emergency. The maintenance team calls me 1 week after the scheduled appointment to tell me that they want to come. Obviously by then I had an outside company come and fix the issue and they blamed the fabric on the flanges of the AC for the mold build up. The next time I have to buy air conditioning it sure won’t be York!
