Zachary Stone was most helpful, loading up our (many, heavy) bags at Union Station, re-loading them into our rental and even giving us tips on freeway travel to our final destination. When we returned our vehicle a few days later, both Zachary and Alex were, again, extremely helpful in getting us and our luggage back to the train station on a timely basis.
Checking in and out was a breeze - no hassle about the reservation or paperwork. EVERYONE in the office was unfailingly polite and professional, not only with us, but with everyone who came in to the office while we were there. What a pleasure this experience was!
