★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start off, the bus's seats were small and congested for such a long journey. Next, when everyone was ready to leave for Medina from Makkah, the driver said I'm not going to Medina because it's very crowded there, I'll go back to Riyadh. The people kept waiting and waiting until the company arranged another bus to take us to Medina. The second bus was quite better as the seats were comfortable and spacious.
For the hotel, the good thing was that there was a bus available after every few minutes to and from Haram, which picked and dropped people at a walking distance of 1km from Bab Fahad. Unfortunately, the rooms at the hotel weren't clean and the toilets were disgusting, no soap or toiletries.
I hope management takes notice and improve their services.
