الي اعتبرها دون المستوا العادي
يُقفل الخط ! دون معاودة الاتصال علا العميل
بعيد عن أنه عمل وخدمه
الا انه واجهه دينيه
مع كامل الأسف
ربما أسأت التفسير لكن ربما ذلك لمراجعة خدمة الرد والمعاملة
لديكم

لما وصلنا مكة غير الفندق في وصل الدفع مكتوب فندق اخيار البيت لما وصلت نزلنا فندق الميزاب السابق فندق سئ جداااااا غير مؤهل مكتوب في الوصل في باص للتوصيل للحرم الواقع مفيش المطعم لا يعمل الارض غير مفروشة الغرف لا يوجد بها اي تجهيزات كفاية عليكم السراير لا يوجد خدمة غرف ولا عمال لحمل الحقائب لا يوجد بجوار الفندق اي خدمات النت لا يعمل في الغرف
اليوم عند الرجوع لقيت نفسي لوحدي في الفندق ده وباقي افواج الرجوع في اخيار البيت اضطريت اخد تاكسي بالشنط واروح لهم هناك عايزة ٤ كراسي نفس المشكلة واستاذ سعيد يقولي افصلك كراسي علي مزاجك ومعاي الفويس بتاعه بيكلمني بطريقة سيئة جدا اول واخر مرة اتعامل مع الشركة دي
My experience with Al-Kharj’s office is very bad. First of all, I booked 3 people in a harem with an extra chair so that no stranger would bother me.
When we arrived in Makkah, other than the hotel, in the payment receipt, it was written, “The Choice of the House Hotel.” Rooms and workers to carry bags. There are no internet services next to the hotel. It does not work in the rooms
Today when I return, I found myself alone in this hotel, and the rest of the groups return to the choice of the house. I had to take a taxi with bags and go to them there. I want 4 chairs, the same problem, and Professor Saeed says, I will separate you chairs according to your mood, and I have his voice calling me in a very bad way, the first and last time I deal with this company

فعلا الشركة هذة عنوان للتميز فى كل شيء بداية من الحجز إلى العودة من العمرة مرة أخرى موظف الحجز ممتاز متعاون سريع الاستجابة لأي طلب او أستفسار بارك الله فيه الباصات متميزة ترتيب مقاعد سائقين لهم كفاءة فنادق متميزة فى أماكن متميزة بصراحة شركة محترمة أنا شخصيا لى معهم سنين أطلع معهم
Mashallah, the best Umrah company I have come out with, especially Al-Kharj branch
In fact, this company is a title for excellence in everything from booking to returning from Umrah again. The reservation employee is excellent, helpful, quick to respond to any request or inquiry, may God bless him. The buses are distinguished. Arrange the seats for drivers who have the efficiency of distinguished hotels in distinct places. Frankly, a respectable company. I personally have been with them for years. check out with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اتصلت عليهم ابي استفسر عن الحجوزات وقال لي الموظف تواصلي واتس وسكر الخط !! ارسلت لهم ومافيه اي استجابه ولا يردون وهو متصل بالواتس ويقرا رسايلي ولكن مايرد !! التعامل سئ مع العملاء وماراح اتعامل معهم ولا انصح احد فيهم
I called them, my father inquired about reservations, and the employee told me to contact me via WhatsApp and drop the line!! I sent them and there is no response and they do not reply and he is connected to WhatsApp and he reads my messages but he doesn't reply!! Dealing badly with customers and I will not deal with them and I do not advise anyone about them
