تم إلغاء حجز علشان فيه توقف في دوله ممنوعه بسبب كرونا وتم ابلاغي بإرجاع المبلغ بعد اسبوع وبعد محاولات برفع شكوى وتشهير بالاعلام والسوشل ميديا تم تحويل المبلغ بعد ربع ساعه
وفي المره الثاني تم الغاء الحجز بنفس السبب
وعندما تم طلب استرداد المبلغ افادني الموظف بخصم مبلغ تقريبا ٥٠٠ ريال مخالفات الغاء !!! علما ان الالغاء ليس بسببي
وعند الاحتجاج على ذلك اصرو ولم يتم استرداد المبلغ بالكامل وصار لي اسبوع واراسلهم على الواتس اب ولايتم التجاوب
صراحه تجربه تعتبر غلطة عمرررر
ونصيحه اللي يبغى يحجز هالوقت يروح مكتب احسن ....ولا اقول الا حسبي الله عليهم

A reservation was canceled because it stopped in a forbidden country because of Corona, and I was informed that the amount would be returned after a week, and after attempts to file a complaint and defamation in the media and social media, the amount was transferred after a quarter of an hour
The second time, the reservation was canceled for the same reason
When a refund was requested, the employee informed me of a deduction of approximately 500 riyals for cancellation violations!!! Note that the cancellation is not due to me
And when I protested that, they insisted, and the full amount was not refunded, and it took me a week, and I send them on WhatsApp, but there is no response.
Honestly, an experience that is a mistake
And my advice to those who want to book this time is to go to a better office.... and I only say God suffices for them

موظف واحد جالس يتكلم في جواله مع اصدقائه وانا وزوجتي في الانتظار تكثر من نصف ساعة
لا انصح بالتعامل
I swear to God the worst service
One employee is sitting talking on his mobile with his friends and my wife and I have been waiting for more than half an hour
I do not recommend to deal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأمانه اشكر الموظف / اسامه المساعد. على جهوده واهتمامه الشديد لتلبيه طلباتنا وتوفير الحجز المناسب لنا والبحث في الرحلات وبشكل دقيق وممتع علما اننا غيرنا وجهات الرحلات وتعديل بغضها الى انه متجاوب ومجتهد للحل الامثل لنا واستمر البحث معه اكثر من ساعتين وهو حتى تم الحجز من طيران وسكن واشكر الاخ اسامه على المجهود الذي بذله معنا وعلما انه اول تعامل مع شركة المسافر وان شاء الله سوف يكون التعامل مع هذه الشركة وبالاخص مع الموظف /اسامه.
اشكره جزيل الشكر على كل جهد بذله.
To be honest, I thank the employee / Osama the assistant. For his efforts and keen interest in meeting our requests, providing the appropriate booking for us, and searching for flights in an accurate and enjoyable manner, knowing that we changed the destinations of the flights and modified their hatred until he was responsive and diligent to the best solution for us. With us, knowing that it is the first deal with the traveler company, and God willing, it will be dealing with this company, especially with the employee / Osama.
I thank him very much for all the effort he made.
