★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حجزت موعد ولا احد اتصل ولا شي وانتظرت اسبوع واتصلت مرة ثانية وقالت الموظفة انه ما عندك اساسا موعد سابق..
وحجزت لي موعد وننتظر يتصلون او يتواصلون معانا …
 I booked an appointment and no one called or anything, I waited a week and called again and the employee said that you basically don't have an earlier appointment..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صيانة هيتاشي مواعيد وتأخير في المواعيد قد تصل لأكثر من أسبوع وقد تمتد لشهر في حال لم تجد القطعه لديهم
Hitachi maintenance appointments and delays in appointments may reach more than a week and may extend for a month in case you do not find the piece with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شغلهم اي كلام من اول زيارة المهندس ولا كشف بس طلب تغيير القطع وتم تغيير القطع والمشكلة زي ماهي واعطوني موعد ثاني وانتهي شهر الضمان والمشكلة ما انحلت في الفريزر الى الان وخبروني انهم لازم الفريزر تروح الشركة وماطلو ولما تابعتهم طلبوا مني تحديد موعد ومبلغ صيانه من جديد
افضل الصيانه عند المهندسين المحلات على الشركة لانه غاليين على الفاضي ٢٥٠ صيانه فقط بدون قيمة القطع وياليت بفائدة
They had no words from the first visit of the engineer, and no detection, but a request to change the parts, and the parts were changed, and the problem was the same. They gave me a second appointment, and the month of warranty ended, and the problem was not resolved in the freezer until now. They told me that the freezer had to go to the company and they waited.
The best maintenance for the engineers, the shops for the company, because they are expensive for the spare 250 maintenance only, without the value of the parts, and I hope that the interest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يعيبهم التأخير في استخراج القطعة.. لازالو على النظام القديم . كما يعيبهم اسعار القطع المبالغ فيها.. لكني لن اشتري الا اجهزة صينية ذات ضمان تخدم اقل شي 5 سنوات وبعدها اكيد الاجهزة ستكون اكثر جودة وتطورا واكثر كفاءة للطاقة . تشتري غسالة متكاملة صيني بقيمة قطعة غيار واحدة!! وخلو القطع في متاجركم تصدي.
Their fault is the delay in extracting the piece.. They are still on the old system. They also fault the exaggerated parts prices..but I will only buy Chinese devices with a warranty that serve at least 5 years, and then surely the devices will be more quality, advanced and more energy efficient. You buy a Chinese integrated washing machine for the value of one spare part!! And the emptiness of the pieces in your stores address.
