بعد مرور ٤ أشهر عالتركيب جاء الفني لتغيير الفلتر وبعد التركيب بيوم أصبح هناك خلل في ماتور الدفع وأصبح يصدر صوت ويسرب مياه مجرد فتح الصنبور ..
وتم الإتصال عالدعم الفني لمدة ثلاثة أيام متتالية دون جدوى .. ( مجرد وعود كاذبة ) ..
جاري الآن التواصل مع وزارة التجارة لوضع الأمور في نصابها
The after-sales service is really bad
After 4 months of installation, the technician came to change the filter, and one day after the installation, there was a malfunction in the drive motor, and it started making a sound and water leaked just by opening the tap.
Technical support was contacted for three consecutive days, to no avail ... (just false promises).
We are currently communicating with the Ministry of Commerce to set the record straight

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اخيس شركة تحلية مياه تعاملت معاها لا مواعيد والا تذكير بتغيير الفلاتر والفلاتر غاليه ولى خدمه بعد البيع والكلام شي والفعل شي اخر ولى انصح بتعامل معها يقلك ضمان على القطع واخر شي يقلك ادفع قيمة القطعه ولى بلاغ وزارة التجاره اذا تركيب بعد النقل ١٥٠ ويقلك جيب قيمة القطع طيب ١٥٠ علشان ايش
The worst of the water desalination company I dealt with, there are no appointments or a reminder to change the filters and filters are expensive. I have service after the sale. Talking is one thing and doing something else. But I advise dealing with it. It will give you a guarantee on the parts and the last thing that will take you to pay the value of the piece. Ok 150 for what?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ركبت من فرع الشرائع ممتاز والفني والبائع تعاملهم راقي جدا وكل شيء يوصله للبيت حتى كرت الضمان يسجله ويوصله للبيت ولا عمل اي تشوهات في المطبخ ومامشي الفني لين جرب كل شيء شغال يعني ماتحتاج سباك بعده
الان عندهم عرض حلو ١١٠٠ ريال برادة فاخر وجهاز تحليه سبعه مراحل
