العاملة الاندنوسيه تريد العودة الشركه النصابه تلزمني بدفع ١٤١٥٠ قبل ذهاب العاملة وفِي حالة عدم رجوعها لأي ظرف لا يحق لي تسترد المبلغ طيب لو ماتت العاملة

لكن حسب معلوماتي انها شركة تؤجر عمالة بدل من استقدامهم على كفالتك

لا انصح بالتعامل معهم ابدا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نصابين ولا انصح احد بالتعامل معاهم ياخذو فلوسك و لا يجيبو شغاله ولا شيء و مهما حاولت تتواصل معاهم ماراح تحصلهم كل ارقامهم وحساباتهم مايردو عليها تجاهل للعملاء وتطنيش بس الشيء الوحيد الي كويسين فيه انهم ياخذو فلوسك احذرو التعامل معاهم حراميه

بعد تحديد موعد معهم والسفر مخصوص لهم مسافه 150 كم وبلاغهم لي ان العامله المنزلية موجوده بعد ان وضحت لهم طلبي فوجئت ان العامله لا ترغب بالعمل في بيت فيه طفل وضاع يومي ورجعت خاوي اليدين
بعد ذلك قام الموظف بالاتصال بفرع أخر وابلغه بالمشكلة وابلغني ان لديه عاملات خبيرات ويمكنني الحضور وبعد التنسيق مع مدير الفرع الأخر والسفر مخصوص لمسافة 400 كم وبعد معاناة الوصول لموقعهم السئ جدا
طلب الموظف بياناتي وجهز العقد للتوقيع وبعد ذلك ذهب للعامله لاحظارها . وفوجئت مرة أخرى ان العاملة لا ترغب في العمل في منزل فيه طفل وانه حاول اقناعها دون جدوى.
في الحقيقة ادارة وتنظيم غاية في السوء اذ كان يفترض ان يتأكد الموظف في وضع العاملات لديه قبل ما اتحمل معاناة السفر بهذه الطريقه . وخصوصا للمره الثانيه وطلبه مني الحضور .
نتمنى للشركة مزيدا من التنظيم والاحترافية في العمل مع تمنياتي لهم بالتوفيق
My experience with them is very bad and their staff is unprofessional

After that, the employee contacted another branch and informed him of the problem, and he informed me that he has expert workers and I can come and after coordination with the manager of the other branch and travel specifically for a distance of 400 km and after suffering to reach their very bad location
The employee asked for my details and prepared the contract to sign, and then he went to the worker to note it. I was surprised again that the worker did not want to work in a house where there was a child and that he tried to persuade her to no avail.
In fact, management and organization are very bad, as the employee was supposed to make sure of the situation of his workers before I could bear the suffering of traveling in this way. Especially for the second time and he asked me to come.
We wish the company more organization and professionalism in work, wishing them success
