★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انهاء الطلب والدفع ممتاز لكن استلام الكتاب أخد ١٥ يوم ليصل من الرياض الى المدينة عن طريق ارامكس والتأخير من ارامكس واضطريت اشتكى عدم وصول الكتاب للبائع واشتكى أيضا لارامكس ، المشتري ليس لديه خيار في اختيار الشاحن انما البائع هو من اختار الشاحن فهو جزء من الخدمة المقدمة منكم ومحسوب عليكم وتجربتي تجعلني اتردد قبل اجراء أي عملية شراء أخرى معكم نظرا للوقت المهدر في الانتظار والشكاوي

الحمدلله وصلت الكتب بسرعة ، انا في الرياض وفي اليوم الرابع بعد التحويل وصلت الكتب أيضا تواصلهم سريع ماشاء الله.
قيمته بأربع نجوم لأن طرق الدفع محدودة حاليا وهي التحويل ، تمنيت لو فيه خيارات أخرى مثل : الدفع عند الاستلام أو يفعّلون البطاقة البنكية وابل باي " Apple Pay “ أتوقع بيكون أسهل وأجمل .
لكن بشكل عام جميل وأتمنى أشوف خيارات كتب واسعة في المستقبل .

Praise be to God, the books arrived quickly, I am in Riyadh, and on the fourth day after the transfer, the books also arrived. Their communication is fast, God willing.
Its value is four stars because the payment methods are currently limited, which is the transfer. I wished there were other options, such as: payment on receipt or activating the bank card and Apple Pay. I expect it will be easier and more beautiful.
But overall it's nice and I hope to see a wide choice of books in the future.
