★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حملة كانت في سنوات مضت من احسن الحملات. لكن للاسف نزلت نزول غير مبرر مع ارتفاع سعرها ألا أنها لا تستحق نصف السعر والله المستعان

رغم مرور كل تلك السنوات الا اني اتذكر كل خدماتهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا حاج في الضيافة أ١ لعام ١٤٤٠ ه المخيم قريب من الجمرات ويعيب عليهم حجز الطيران والتأخير لساعات طويلة جدأ مرهقة للحجاج سوا في الذهاب او الاياب حقيقة غير موفقين في اختيار شركة الطيران
وكذالك تعامل احد موظفين مكتب الرياض واستقباله غير جيد
اما بالنسبة للمخيم بمنى ممتاز من ناحية النظافة والتكييف والبوفية والمشروبات ومخيم عرفة ممتاز الا مزدلفة سيئ وتعامل العمالة ممتاز و لطيف و أفضل من موظفين مكتب الرياض يوجد بعض القصور في استخدام المكريفونات بمزدلفة أثناء التفويج والريات تحتاج إلى تغيير لونها لكي توضح في الليل المفوجين حلو التعامل معهم وفاهمين وخاصة شخص اسمة يحيى ارجو من القائمين على الشركة وضع صندوق سلفة للحجاج ويسدد الحاج المبلغ بالشبكة وضع صندوق اقتراحات بالمخيم
